Withnell Hyundai is an addition/remodel of an existing facility that grew out of overflow needs at other facilities. The success of Hyundai vehicles and the Withnell franchise has precipitated the need to view the site from a new perspective.

The initial phase of this project was a master plan study of the site.

The resulting project consists of additional space for the Hyundai dealership as well as relocation of a number of operational functions. The new building exterior will integrate several building phases into a uniform and contemporary whole.
