Since 1998 we have provided architectural consulting services to Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette. The typical project is a  “prototype” retail store varying in size from roughly 17,000 to 22,000 square feet.

Constructed with tilt-up concrete and combination steel and wood frame roof, these new buildings provide a fresh, upscale shopping environment for  Goodwill customers. 

The prototype’s clerestory gable entry, color scheme, tile accents, and window “shadow boxes” are a few of the features that make these building recognizable as soon as they come into view.
