Construction of the campus began in 1998 and is a work in progress. The developer, Sage Properties, LLC, is committed to developing generous landscape areas in this Class A Office Park. To date, each of the four buildings constructed offers a unique water feature integrated into the design and landscape.

The use of the red brick veneer provides a natural material complement to the landscaped setting and a timeless quality to the building design. The use of pitched hip roofs and gables softens the building edges and keep the height and mass proportional within the natural setting.
