State Investment LLC's corporate headquarters was located in an unassuming tilt-up concrete building on Front Street in Salem.

Driving by the site today, one sees a dramatic change in the facilities. The redesign included a new stair, elevator, lobby, and exterior remodel.

The use of glass block in the new stairway wall provides an energetic sparkle of daylight, and at night, a sculptural pattern of light to the exterior.
